Operations manager is a leadership role with end to end accountability to P&L from developing markets and products, overall administrative/functional responsibilities, to leading a team of functional heads. A person with verifiable capabilities from a well-established Fabrication Shop in India & well versed with latest manufacturing processes, advances and methodologies in fabrication. Knowledge of ASME Codes, shop scheduling, resource planning, budgeting and productivity measurement is desired. Successful candidate must also have fair amount of exposure to latest fabrication technologies, cost optimization, proposal & cost estimation, capacity up gradation etc. Proven leadership ability to influence, skill, train, develop, and empower employees to achieve their best with a team approach. Should have proven experience with regard to Client account management, procurement management, contract management, change control management and risk management. Self-starter, motivated by working with a high degree of independence to deliver against aggressive business plans.
